Sunday I stopped by the Firebird to hang out with some of my buddies that are putting together a big show Saturday April 1st at The Firebird, it's We Are United's 2nd birthday party with special guests Sky Burnt White, Conquer as They Come, Isabella, Verba Stellae, Calloway Circus & Disguise The Limit. $8 On this episode I'm joined by Gabe Stroup (Sky Burnt White), Gary Johnston (Verba Stellae), Patrick Scheel & Andrew VanDyke (Conquer As They Come) & Jorden Coco Murray (We Are United). Last night I went over to Blue Lotus Recording Studio in St.Louis, MO to hang out with friend of the show Paul Niehaus & Gene Jackson. We talk all about Gene's new record 1963 which was recorded, produced, co-written & features Paul Neihaus on several instruments. They gave me an advance copy of the album to listen to and it's really great! I highly encourage you to come out to Beale on Broadway in St.Louis on Friday March 10th for Gene Jackson's album release party. They plan to play the record in its entirety. 8pm showtime!
