The other night I stopped by Encapsulated Studios in St.Louis, MO to talk with Mike & Steven of Encapsulated Records. We got into how Mike started as a record label & he offered up some advice for bands looking to put out records. We talked about some of the bands releasing albums on Encapsulated Records like Sweat Shoppe, Company Retreat & Path of Might. We also talk about Steven's work with Independent Artists For Positive Change and some of the fun shows they've been putting together to raise some money for those in need.

The other night I went over to Modern Day Zero's band practice. It was really awesome being able to watch these guys play songs for the first time in 10 years. I had a fantastic time getting to hang out with them and talk about their reunion show coming up at Delmar Hall.
