Jeff Allen returns! Jeff has been on the show a couple of times as a member of bands but this time around it was just the two of us. I had a great time catching up with Jeff to talk all about his brand new podcast, Simple Mental Health. We talk about some of the current episodes he has available and what else you might expect from his show. We also play a couple live acoustic songs! I originally met Jeff as a solo artist so this was a nice treat for me to get him to play solo acoustic for the show.
