On January 5th, 2024 my buddy Jeff Nichols suffered a heart attack that nearly took his life. Luckily his wife Jenn was able to help save his lfe and he is still with us! They join me on today's episode to share their story. WARNING there is some heavy subject matter. I think this is a powerful story and hopefully it'll help save someone else's life.
